There is a basic administrative fee of €20 for each accepted assignment.
Our pre-tax rates are listed below. Relevant country tax rules will apply. This will be included in the quote sent to you.
Editing Fees
Standard Fee
The cost of our standard service (5 business days) is €15.00 per 250 words. Papers that require intensive editing will incur a surcharge of up to 50%. Manuscripts that require extensive rewriting will incur a €70 hourly charge. If any of these additional surcharges apply, they will be clearly mentioned in the quote.
Our standard fee is based on the word count of the manuscript. Please note that mathematical formulae, numbers included in tables are not included when calculating the word count.
For small jobs (fewer than 250 words) there is a minimum charge of €50.00.
Our Fast Editing Service
The Fast Editing Service (no more than 3 business days) incurs a 50% surcharge. We also require the author to quickly respond to any request for clarification from our team.
Optional Sevices
The following optional services are also charged at the standard rate:
- Formatting and editing references.
- Editing text in figures and tables.
- Editing author’s reply to reviewers’ comments and cover letter to the journal editor.
- Checking if the Journal instructions regarding formatting and structure have been followed (€20).
Discounts
Well written mansucripts will be given 15% discount. Discounts will also be given for longer jobs (thesis, reports, monographs).
Fees for project proposals and reports
These will depend on the complexity of assignment and length of the text. Please contact us with your requirements. Text that requires extensive rewriting will incur a €70 hourly charge. All the relevant charges will be included in the quote.
Fees for Translations
These incur a €50 hourly charge. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
Fees for Web Design
These are charged at an hourly rate of €150 for institutes, projects, and businesses. We charge an hourly rate of €120 for personal websites. Discounts can be considered for socially relevant projects.
Payment
Payment is by electronic bank transfer. The details will be sent to you once you have received the completed assignment from us.
